Our double room was modest and heated, had courtyard view. Private bathroom was nice. Its location very close to a bakery and shops was particularly good and unbeatable.

Nice building, marvellous and awesome location near to the U4 metro station, buses or trams and Schonbrunn palace and gardens. Also, in front of the Schönbrunn castle...

Very comfy bed in the triple room. Clean bathroom and a bath with good sewerage. Magnificent location, 5 km from city centre. The hotel is very close to the zoo of Schönbrunn and its castle. Also it is 2min. far from the U4 (Metro). The breakfast is very variegated and very good.

Our room had a comfy double bed and was nice and toasty. the hotel itself was super pretty, quiet, and right in the middle of everything. 🌟.

It is located near the metro station; less than 1 minute walk. The room is clean and nice.

Great Buffet breakfast and helpful staff I had a family emergency and staff were very helpful. It was in an excellent position and very clean and tidy. Loved it there and will return in the future and will recomend to other family and friends. Thanks

Bathroom poorly cleaned when we arrived, previous guests dirty sock was in wardrobe,…. But still would stay next time.

Quiet location

Cleaning of the bathroom, hygienics of the toilet and all bathroom was questionable. Hotel staff (the two old ladys) were very unpolite, I think they wish to go away in advance...

The restaurant here is really nice for lunch or dinner, with reasonable prices; the rooms feature comfortable beds, safe boxes, central heating, and coffee/tea making facilities.

It's wonderful place for vacation!!!

Thank you for making our stay a really really nice experience. The hotel is clean, with pleasant personal, and offers particularly good location next to various restaurants and Schonbrunn parks, zoo and less then 10 minutes to Opera by train. The property provided a friendly customer service during our vacation.
